In addition to being founder and President of Family Wealth Advisors, Inc., Mr. Cribb is also a Registered Principal offering securities through SagePoint Financial, Inc., member FINRA, SIPC. Mr. Cribb is also licensed in Florida and many other states in Life and Health Insurance and in Variable Annuities.
Upon graduation from High School in Hialeah, Florida, Mr. Cribb joined the U. S. Navy, serving on a destroyer until 1965. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, in 1970, with a BBA degree with a major in management. He completed his Certified Financial Planning degree from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado, in June, 1987.
Mr. Cribb began his financial industry career with Prudential Securities, formerly Prudential-Bache Securities. He began his affiliation with SagePoint Financial, Inc., formerly SunAmerica Securities, in September, 1988, when he formed his own business, The Financial Center, in Orange Park Florida. Family Wealth Advisors was incorporated in 1999.
From March 1980 through September 1988, Mr. Cribb was with Prudential Securities, Inc., formerly Prudential Bache Securities. Mr. Cribb began his affiliation with SagePoint Financial, Inc., formerly AIG Financial Advisors, Inc., in September 1988, when he formed his own business, The Financial Center, in Orange Park, Florida. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, in 1970, with a major in management. He completed his Certified Financial Planning degree from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado, in June 1987.
He has been active in both the Institute of Certified Financial Planners (ICFP) and the International Association of Financial Planning (IAFP) prior to those organizations combining in 2000 to form the Financial Planning Association. |

He is the Past President of the Financial Planning Association of Northeast Florida and remains active in the association. Mr. Cribb has conducted Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Estate and Charitable Planning workshops for many families, businesses and organizations. His broad investment background, and years of experience as a financial planner, provides Mr. Cribb with the ability to work closely with his clients` other trusted advisors, or with our team of professionals.
When not working with clients, Mr. Cribb spends his time volunteering with many non-profit organizations. He is an avid SCUBA diver and an instrument rated Private Pilot. |

Charles H. Drysdale was born October 27, 1951. He is a June, 1969 graduate of Bayside High School in Va. Beach, Va. Following his graduation from Bayside, Mr. Drysdale attended Auburn University in Auburn Alabama. While attending Auburn he received a full scholarship with the NROTC program. He graduated in December, 1973 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in experimental psychology and was commissioned an Ensign in the US Navy. Following 6 years of active duty with the Navy, Mr. Drysdale and his family moved to Orange Park, Florida.
He worked in the computer industry for 10 months with NBI Inc. and was recruited into the financial service industry in December, 1980, by Kidder, Peabody & Co. Mr. Drysdale has been a registered representative in the financial services industry since May 1981. Prior to joining SagePoint Financial, Inc., as an independent representative, he was with Janney Montgomery Scott from November, 2002, through November, 2005. |

Bill was born in New York City where he graduated from Cardinal Hayes High School. In 1968 he graduated from Pace College, N.Y. and joined the International Department of Chase Manhattan Bank. He held a series of overseas assignments in Europe, Africa and the Americas. After leaving Chase in 1978, Bill worked for the Hartford National Bank in Connecticut and the Bank of New England in Massachusetts where he was promoted to Senior Vice President and held several managerial positions.
In 1995, Bill moved to Ghana, West Africa, and worked for EcoBank, Ghana where his last position was as Managing Director of EcoBank Development Corporation, an investment banking subsidiary.
In 1998, Bill was recruited by Western Wireless, International (a Seattle, WA based company), as Managing Director and Chief Executive of Westel, the Company’s Ghanaian based telecommunications subsidiary. He successfully sold the Company in 2005.
Upon returning to the States in late 2005, Bill worked for Waddell & Reed and Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor where he specialized in providing Financial Planning and Advisory services to High Net Worth Individuals and small to medium size businesses.
Bill holds an Advanced Studies Certificate in International Finance from Williams College in Massachusetts as well as several securities registrations. He is a board member of various civic and community organizations, loves languages and is an avid Commercial Pilot, SCUBA diver and adventurer. |
